My name is Meghan. Born in New Orleans, LA. Raised in Covington, LA (a suburb 30 miles north of New Orleans). I’m 21 years old, Biology major, hoping to graduate in May 2012. Moved out of Louisiana after I graduated high school to begin college at Mercer University, a small private liberal arts school in Macon, GA (about an hr from Atlanta). Moved back to Louisiana to finish undergrad in Baton Rouge at LSU. I believe a career in alternative/integrative medicine will perhaps bring the most fulfillment to my life. I’m taking a year off to gather my thoughts, dreams, and self before I hopefully attend either grad school or med school in fall of 2013. Firm believer that you should learn to love EVERYONE before you can learn to love one person for the rest of your life. “When a man is able to be alone he is also able to love. And his love has a totally different quality, a different beauty, a different fragrance to it. It is something divine, it is something of the beyond. It is deeply fulfilling. It brings great contentment.” therefore I prefer remaining single at this point in my life. i’d rather develop my path as an individual at this point in my life and grow with myself, that way when I’m ready to grow with someone else, i won’t get lost in their growth but rather we’ll help each other grow individually, yet together. Lover of humanity as a whole. Lover of music. Genuine. Optimist. Believer in the power of: prayer, meditation, yoga, smiling, enjoying, laughing, creating, dreaming, moving, serving, working, contributing, reflecting, listening, learning, collaborating, befriending, celebrating, appreciating, thanking, evolving, sharing, giving, receiving, simplifying, trusting, radiating, living, and loving.
